Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a Master of Social Work, both from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, she has obtained certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and specializes in working with clients who are neurodivergent, particularly those with ADHD.
Whether your goal is to find clarity, heal past trauma, rediscover the motivation to make big life changes or learn new coping strategies, Mary Beth wants to partner with you on your journey to discover what works for you in a flexible, empathetic, and warm environment. While taking a holistic approach to understanding your needs, she will work with you using a variety of modalities to feel safe, seen, heard, connected, and empowered.
Treating from 6+ year-olds, pre-teens, adolescents, young adults, and adults (women only). Mary Beth is also LGBTQ+ Competent and Neurodiversity Affirming.
